So, I've got Amanda by Boston stuck in my head. Well... sort of. See, it was on one of those late-night infomercials for rock ballads a few nights ago. All I have is the chorus running through my head. But this is all I can recall:

"I'm gonna take you by the ______,
And make you realize, Amanda..."

I keep wanting to say "hand" for the blank above. I know that's not right. It has to rhyme with "realize." But since I've got a body part in my head, and you can't take someone by the "eyes," all I can think of is "thighs." Which makes the song:

"I'm gonna take you by the thighs,
And make you realize, Amanda..."

And I don't think Tom Scholz and the rest of the band would appreciate their power ballad being turned into an ode to date rape.

I could just look up the lyrics, but it's more fun this way.
