The hat tip is for her reference to a blog with the "Top Twenty Theological Pick-up Lines." (The post actually adds "Not to Use" at the end, but I must disagree with them there. These must be used.)

Meg's favorite is, "Your name must be grace, because you are irresistible." Mine has to be, "Well, gouge out my eyes and cut off my hands. If I hang around you much longer, I won’t have any limbs left."

If you get all of these, congratulations, you are geeky on par with me. If you get half of them, well done on the theological education. If only get one or two you probably beat me up in Middle School.
