So yesterday Beeki and I were driving to church when we came to a four-way stop. It was empty of other vehicles except for a guy slowly driving his motorized wheelchair across the intersection in front of me. Here's a diagram:


And that's when I noticed...:

Cach: Hey! That was a rolling stop! He didn't come to a complete stop! Lawbreaker! I'm going to make a citizen's arrest!

And had we not been running a bit late for church, you'd better believe I would have hauled his violating ass down to the clink. Gotta get the riff-raff off the streets.  Wacoan of the Year at work here.
