If Emo is passé, and I'm told that it is, then it should be ripe for a comeback in a few years. When that happens, will we call it Neo-Emo or simply... Nemo?

I took my wife to a movie this weekend, and as we were standing in line to get popcorn, we noticed one of the cashiers in another line looked sort of like that -- shortish hair in the back, very long and covering the face in the front in such a way that it required an occasional tilting of the head to move the hair covering the eyes off to the side.
I was honestly unsure if it was a boy or a girl, but my wife thinks it was a girl. Androgyny is not particularly new or shocking, so it was really no big deal. But I think I was mostly surprised because of health codes relating to foodservice people -- you're usually supposed to have a hair net or something if your hair is a certain length and might end up in people's food.

I loved the Urban Dictionary definitions. Perfect.
According to the flawless Wikipedia, Emo is currently in its third wave. So, does that mean that when the fourth wave hits, the hair over the face should include four waves, to symbolize its return?
