MySpace tells me that I have 130 friends. Facebook is confusing, but I think it says I have 164 friends. Either way, I figure I should have way more friends than that.
Come on, a guy as cool as I am? Okay, fine... a guy as... uh... nice as I am? Good looking? Whatever. Just be my friend. My self-worth is completely tied up in how many people MySpace and Facebook tell me are my friends.
Here's my MySpace.
Here's my Facebook.
Love me.

*(Editor's note: If you have skanky pictures of yourself on your MySpace, take them down immediately before asking to be my friend. It's not only for my personal sensibilities, it's for all of humanity. Trust me on two things: 1 - You're not that hot. 2 - Even if you are that hot, seriously, cover up. At least hookers get paid. You're just out there throwing it around. Ew.)

Cach, the "friend" function of Myspace will only become meaningful when they add a contrasting button to push that will list you as an enemy. then you can brag both that people love you and do/don't hate you.

For all the ragging that people do on MySpace (and it's a really easy target for that, like fish in a barrel), it's actually a great site for networking. Both my wife and I have gotten back into contact with long lost friends, and it's a great source of information for staying in touch with your favorites bands, so that without going to 50 or 100 different web sites, you can keep up in one central place with when they are doing local shows and releasing new music and stuff.
I would rather that they separate individuals and bands, though, so that you have a "Friends" list and a "Bands" list, and when you look on the bands' sites it should say "Shaun Groves has 649850 Fans" not "Shaun Groves has 649850 Friends".
And there are lots of annoying things there, like the generic "Thanx for the Add" comments that many people there spam onto everyone that adds them as a friend.

I agree with Euphrony...Myspace needs an enemy button

Oh my gosh, Euph, I love the enemy button idea. Can we make that happen?

I'm already your friend buddy. No worries there. I do think you need an aritlst page with maybe some clips of your acting and stage productions from the Hippo. Be pretty cool.
btw, thanks for stopping by the lot and leaving the review!
