Every Thanksgiving for as long as I can remember, my grandmother made the biggest tastiest dinner you have ever known. The past few years, she just hasn't been able to physically make the whole dinner. So we moved venues. We took up residence for Thanksgiving in the back room of a Chinese buffet. At first, my grandma was still making the turkey, and we were getting all the fixin's and sides from the restaurant. They weren't bad since they were making them off of the recipes my grandma supplied.
The past few years though, she hasn't even been able to make the turkey. But again, no one noticed much since they were making it all from her recipes. In fact, business at the restaurant on Thanksgiving has been booming since they started serving my grandma's food. But... there's one aspect that they haven't quite gotten right...

Oh well... it tastes alright. Who cares what you call it. Happy Thanksgiving!
