Concern

Ummm... should we be concerned that the United States Armed Forces, the most powerful military that the world has ever known, is now being run by an Aggie?

  1. Said with the enthusiastic antagonism of an 8 year old:

  2. Anonymous Said,

    Heeeeeeere's Euphrony!

Really, I have little to say about such a little comment, except that "I'm watching you."

Oh, yeah, so is that Texas Aggie-loving, Baylor Bear-hating guy with the most spy power in the world. Now mind you p's and q's, or you may just get audited, surveilled, and water-boarded.

    That's it.

(Did I mention that the man who married me and Mrs. Euphrony is a vice-president at A&M, and knows "Bob" very well? <:()

okay, I had to google Aggie. Well, possibly if I had gone to college in Texas it would make sense.

Yes, we should be very concerned, next thing you know our Marine's will have a 12th man and the Navy will be wearing overalls painted with sayings that make no sense!!

Oh dear Lord. Soon he will be talking about how the commies are putting something in the water to make men sterile. (Strangelove)

  7. Anonymous Said,

Boscoe... the double posting thing isn't helping the Baylor cause.

And I must confess to intentionally trying to rile Euph. It just struck me as amusing.

And actually, Euph, my cousin was the Aggie middle linebacker for four years in the late 90's - early Aughts.

Still think the post is funny.

Don't feel bad, Emma. The less you know about Aggies, the better off you are.

    *(Cue Euphrony...)*

If you're gonna egg me on like this, I'd better get a biscuit and sausage with it.

I'm sure you're just envious of your cousin who made better choices than you in the field of education. And the gridiron loss a few weeks ago must still sting like the dickens.

  10. The Cliff Said,

I read an article ones by a guy who was doing research on Cults.

Fact 1) The U.S. Government has a list of things that qualify an organization as a cult. Said organization doesn't have to meet them all, just a certain number of them.

Fact 2) Texas A&M Aggies met more qualifications to be considered a cult than any other cult in America, even the branch divideans and Scientologists!!

and just so we're clear... I have no friggin idea how that post got up there twice. I think Jorge, the hispanic ghost at the Hippo did it!!
