I know that posting has been rather sparse recently. And even more, I know that I haven't been commenting much on your, my bloggy friends', blogs. Sorry about that. The reason is very simple and can be seen below. Behold, the cast and crew of The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged):
I have just finished directing this production at my theatre, and for those of you who know anything about the theatre business, it sucks your life up leading up to showtime. So that's where I've been. Hopefully I'll be more available now through the holidays. I'm looking forward to a wonderful Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. Beeki and I are celebrating our third Christmas as a married couple and fourth together in total. We're still trying to establish our own traditions and decide what we want to do to celebrate the holidays. It's fun.
I'm working on a "Cach Recommends" feature here since a few of you have expressed interest. I'll develop it a little more before initially introducing it, but for those of you looking for a good movie to see over the next week, the new Bond film is excellent. I'll try not to indulge hyperbole, but it really is one of the best made. Tougher, grittier Bond. No two-dimensional bimbo women. No cheesy one-liners. No ridiculous gadgets. Good stuff.

Congrats on getting your show up and running. Will would be so proud!

Interesting -- you're the second person I've heard say that the new Bond flick was surprisingly good. You'd never know it was much different from the others, based on the way they are marketing it. Maybe they hope to get the usual Bond film fans by the marketing, and let word of mouth, good reviews, and stuff like your blog entry spread the word that it's really different and really good.
Regarding scarcity of blogging -- the blogosphere in general (at least the corners where I hang out) has been fairly sluggish for a while now. I have been extremely busy in real life and doing relatively little or no blogging lately myself (which in my case is no drastic change, anyway). But life goes on.
Glad to hear from you again, friend -- hope you and yours will have a great holiday season. Looking forward to the new Holiday Edition Cachinnations yet to come!

What are you talking about, Boscoe?

Don boscoe makes me laugh. It takes a confident man to grope in a Kodak moment and yet, have the mind to rattle off the best Christmas albums on the planet.
cach, hats off to your galloping through Shakespeare in your thespian endeavor. Hubby and I love to see good theater.
I hope to catch the new Bond flick this week.
