Nooo... not my age... yet. (That'll happen next month.) That's how much weight I've lost so far: 29 lbs. Project Big Boy has actually stuck this time and I'm getting in good shape. I'm running daily, never eating fast food or junk food, not drinking soda, not consuming any caffeine, starting to do weight training, and eating smart. And I've been keeping it up for over three months now!
I'm even beginning to think that I may not be content with my original goal of losing 40 lbs. I think I might just have the momentum and cajones to try to drop 50 total lbs. and get in the best shape of my life.
But my first benchmark for loss was 30 lbs. I'm now just one pound away from that initial measurement. What should I do to celebrate? How should I commemorate? I need suggestions, Cachinnatees!

Go shopping. Buy loads of new clothes for your new self.

Congrats on the weight loss :) It's showing in your pictures, maybe the hair was another 5lbs.! And thanks for the call a while back after the shooting, we'll have to catch up soon.
