The Adventures of Fat Jesus in New Orleans

Posted by Anonymous On 3:08 AM

In addition to my Aesopian feast of turtle and rabbit while in New Orleans, I also ate alligator:

Mmmm... gator...

And it was yummy:

See how happy I look?

I'm pretty sure I did more than just eat while I was away this weekend... but the food was pretty memorable. Memorable food? Check out the new poll on the right.

  1. Red Said,

There is no "none of the above" option on the poll...

  4. Douglas Said,

Why is there no "all of the above" selection in the poll? I can't pick just one. I want to try them all!

  6. Anonymous Said,

Well, like the poll says: which food would you be most likely to eat. So you can't choose none or all. You've got to pick one. I think I'd most like to eat haggis with me.

  7. euphrony Said,

I chose haggis. I've never eaten snake or Turtle Soup, but I love good escargot (but it is easy to cook poorly) and I've had haggis a couple times, as well. You just can't visit Scotland and not have some. It's like a law, or something.

  8. Do you people know what haggis is? yucky-ass-yuck.
