Just in case you haven't been watching CNN Headline News this week, Christians aren't the only victims of Da Vinci hate. And what vile, venemous, venal, vociferous hate it is. (HN has been running a story about it in five minute cycles for a week - seriously - no exaggeration... much...) No my friends, Christians may not even be the primary targets of this vexing malevolence. Who is the target? Why albinos, of course. (Though it should be noted that they prefer to be called 'people with albinism.') In this article here it is noted that Da Vinci marks the 68th time since 1960 that an albino has been portrayed as a villain. Hate crime, my friends, hate crime.
In response, Dennis Hurley, a Hollywood albino actor,... er... actor with albinism, made the film The Albino Code. It's about 12 minutes long and pretty funny.
So the next time you're feeling offended by the Da Vinci Code, just remember: at least you're not an albino.
(Wait a minute... that didn't come out right...)

I watched that 'Da Vinci Albinode' movie and it stunk. People DO realize that comedy takes timing, right?

Yeah. Fun idea, just poor execution. Not the end of the world though.
